GIA is the premier supplier of After Markets (AM) automotive components and part of the exciting supply chain for various OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturers, thus contributing meaningfully to the growth of the Automotive Industry. Leon leads GIA’s plant operations through close coordination with department managers, ensuring alignment across production, quality, and support functions. With a strong technical background, he brings sharp insight to problem-solving and process optimization, driving performance and efficiency across the board.

Jenny brings financial strategy and people management together under one roof. Deeply focused on the financial health of the business, she ensures every cent counts and every process aligns with compliance. Zethu keeps our legal affairs watertight. From contracts to compliance, she navigates complex regulatory landscapes and supports all departments with practical, no-nonsense legal guidance.
Wendy oversees daily manufacturing operations on the production floor, ensuring output targets are met without compromising on quality or safety. With hands-on leadership and a deep understanding of injection molding processes, she drives team performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all shifts.
Rachel is the behind-the-scenes force that keeps daily operations running. From facility management to admin support, she ensures the work environment stays smooth, secure, and fully stocked.
Manoje keeps the factory humming. With his hands-on leadership and technical know-how, he ensures machinery, utilities, and infrastructure stay in top shape, minimizing downtime and maximizing performance.
Jennifer leads our social responsibility efforts with heart and purpose. She manages outreach programs, donations, and partnerships that help us make a meaningful impact beyond the manufacturing gates.
Wesley is responsible for optimizing and maintaining the technical performance of all injection moulding processes. With deep expertise in tooling, material flow, and cycle time efficiency, he ensures every part produced meets the highest quality standards. His process-driven approach supports consistent output and ongoing improvement across production lines.
Quintin leads the painting division with a sharp focus on quality, consistency, and surface finish excellence. He oversees all painting processes from preparation to final inspection, ensuring components meet stringent OEM and Aftermarket standards. His expertise in coatings, equipment calibration, and defect prevention ensures a flawless finish every time.
Mei-ling manages all procurement activities, ensuring that the right materials are sourced on time and within budget. Her strategic approach to supplier relations and inventory control plays a key role in maintaining consistent production flow.

Responsible for overseeing the recovery, optimisation, and reuse of materials across operations, ensuring minimal waste and maximum value extraction. This role works closely with production, quality, and supply chain teams to maintain material efficiency while supporting cost control and sustainability objectives.
With a strong focus on process improvement and accountability, the Material Recovery Manager ensures that recoverable materials are effectively reintegrated into the production cycle without compromising quality or performance.
